My moving experience was seamless and worth every penny. Our two movers were extremely professional and accommodating. They showed up on time, had all the supplies ready, and made recommendations to make packing up very easy. They were vocal, asking all the necessary questions to ensure they understood what we wanted as far as placement of our belongings. The best thing was the great attitude they had. It was an 8-hour move but not once did I witness their demeanor change so the experience was extremely pleasant. The whole process from booking to paying was very easy, I would definitely use them again for the next move.

What an amazing moving company! The movers are very professional and wrap all the furniture. I was able to relax while they moved my stuff instead of looking over my shoulder constantly. Amazing staff, were in and out in 30ish minutes after taking away a whole bed, chair, and dresser, and probably would have been out sooner if wasn't talking with them as much as I did. Professional, timely, and efficient, I will absolutely use them again anytime I have a move!

From getting a quote thru Yelp to booking to final payment, I got quick, efficient, and affordable service. Paid a small deposit, got a reminder email the day before, driver called me morning of to confirm arrival time and then arrived promptly. Two young men moved my stuff with care and made great time. Day was stress free and I will definitely be using this company again next time I move.

The crew showed up 10 minutes earlier, completed an 6 hour job (estimated by multiple moving companies) in 4.5 hours (SUPER FAST and didn't rest a little). Good communication, very reasonable priced, and showed good care to my furniture. My townhouse has a narrow and sharp turn at stars, and they worked very carefully to get some very large and heavy furniture around the corner. Cannot appreciate enough

These guys are fantastic. I’ve used Box Star twice now, and I recommend them 100%. They communicate with you well, they show up on time, they do a tremendous job taking care of your stuff, and they are FAST. Both moves have come in well below the estimated time. Their estimates are very competitive, but when they come in under estimate, these guys are the best deal in town. Also, everyone has just been nice and friendly. All around a pleasure to work with.

This entire experience with Box Star Movers was positive. I was able to schedule the move quickly and easily. Their rates were some of the cheapest around, but that did not mean I sacrificed anything in service. Two polite guys came by to help me pack up all my stuff. We were done in 3 hours, including an hour drive to the next location. They were quick, professional and super easy to work with. My boyfriend is using them again in a move this coming weekend. Fast and flexible. Had some random elevator / loading dock complications come up and they handled them like pros. Got the work done almost two hours ahead of schedule and under budget. Carlos and Ben were awesome. Called to keep me updated and they were super polite.

Box star was amazing! Easiest and least stressful move I’ve ever had. Eden was really great and helped take apart my bed without prior notice when it wouldn’t fit into my new apartment. Every one was kind, the total was exactly as quoted, and they were extremely efficient. I really really recommend them. No damage, no stress, no attitude. Friendly and great all around.

We just moved with Jesus and Nasir recently and it was a tremendous experience. Not only were they punctual, professional, and efficient, but they were equally just really nice guys. They moved out entire apartment quickly, but with amazing care. More importantly, they did an amazing job fitting everything into our vehicle despite it being a tad bit too small. Very prompt service. We called at 10am and two men were at our condo early afternoon on the same day. We needed two LARGE storage furniture moved from 4th floor condo to garage via elevator. To help me move to my new home, the BoxStar Movers team was led by Eden and had four intelligent movers. They arrived at my old place ahead of time to do a quick survey (no charge) before going for breakfast. Then they came back to start the moving. [Very Considerate]Throughout the moving process, they were courteous (all four gentlemen were extremely polite), efficient (packed the 26 ft truck in 2.5 hours), professional (wrapped up all furniture items), honest (did not over charge me on the labor charges or the material charges (very tiny)), and pleasant. They always consulted me when they have questions.In the end, they finished the job in 5 hr. 10 minutes without damaging any of my belongings. I am extremely happy about their services and I would recommend them to any of my friends or contacts who need a mover in DMV.The only thing that I regretted was that I only had three ice-cold water bottles in my new home for them to drink. :)Keep up the good work, Eden and the crews.

These guys gave me an upfront price to include all packing and moving. They spent a full day packing, about 13 hours. On the 4th of July too! They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They had at least seven men the first day. The following day they had two trucks and a few extra guys and got it done in a timely manner. They were fun to work with, competent, friendly and very hard working. The price was fair and I would highly recommend this company.

This was the best moving experience I have ever had. The 2 men who performed my move were prompt, kind, very careful with my items and honestly seemed to enjoy their work. I would never use any other mover again! And I felt the price was fair. I tipped them $40 each and wish I would have had more cash on me.

Within days of signing the sale contract for my house I received at least 15 cards from BBB accredited A+ movers in the mail. After verifying their claims with BBB, I contacted 3 of them. Two never called back and the third one set up an inhouse appointment 10 days in the future. I was getting a bit nervous as the closing date was approaching. Luckily the new buyers, who had also sold their house recently, came by to check a few items. They had also sold their house recently had high praise for Boxstar. I called the number they gave me and from then on everything went like clockwork. Diana schedule the meeting for the next day. Duman showed up on time and within a little over a week his crew was packing my stuff. It took them two days to pack and load and another 3 to get to Texas and unload and store my items. My brother who met them on the other end was impressed by Duman and his team's professionalism. I was equally impressed on Boxster's responsiveness, punctuality, communication effectiveness and the friendliness of their staff. No doubt the camaraderie displayed by the team members contributes to the success of their projects. I have no hesitation in recommending this very personable group of young men for your move. The company is young but I am sure it is here to stay for a long time.

When it comes to moving, everyone knows what a stressful hustle you create in your family. I have had a bad experience before when the movers didn't care much but not with these guys. Boxstar movers showed up on time, wrapped my stuff to make sure nothing would be damaged on the way and the best part was the price that they had given me. This was the first time I had to move with a truck full of furniture and boxes. I was considering doing it on my own, or with my family. But it's really not worth it, these guys did everything for me. They boxed and unboxed everything. They assembled my furniture and they toom great care of my tv and fragile kitchenware. They're prices are surprisingly good too. I am never moving by myself. Will always contact Boxstar. Just let the professionals do the job.

This company was great! I had a small move and was able to schedule with time with short notice. Movers were punctual and moved my furniture with care and consideration! Even managed to get my oversized couch down a set it tight stairs with no damage to my furniture and informed me that there might me a minor scratch on the wall if they continued to move the couch! Owner is easy to work with and stays in touch with you before and immediately after the move! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

One Bedroom, 30 BoxesI had an excellent experience with BoxStar Moving Services – I was very Impressed and Highly Recommend the company services without any hesitation.Diana, the company business manager, was very professional from the beginning; she quickly sent me a comprehensive & competitive quote and immediately submitted proof of insurability thereafter.Diana followed up with three emails and phone calls to confirm the date and time of the move and to thank me for the business.On the moving day, I received more phone calls from both Diana and the moving crew to inform me of their whereabouts and of the ETA.The crew was consisted of two young strong men, both wearing masks, and although they kept social distance, I was greeted in a very professional and polite manner.The work did not start until the actual moving contract was signed (a very good sign), they also brought with them additional packing tools and items. All my furniture was wrapped in protective blankets and everything was quickly and carefully hauled away. Not even one item was damaged during the move, the young men organized the boxes and the furniture in the new place as per my directions. It all happened smoothly, without surprises, and within the estimated number of hours needed to complete the work.Thank you, Diana and Moving Crew, for the great job and making it so easy for me.

Great service! The crew showed up at our DC high rise apartment on time, packed everything well, and loaded the truck in a quick and efficient manner. The next day they arrived at our Atlanta location on time, unloaded the truck, assembled the furniture, and hauled off the trash. Throughout the process, they wore masks, were careful with our items, followed all instructions, and were super-friendly. The final price also matched the initial quotation!We would definitely use them again!!!!

David and Werner showed up promptly at the designated time (9am). They were incredibly efficient and extremely conscientious about not damaging the building I was moving out of (It was built in the 1890s); my landlord was very appreciative of their consideration!I can say they both went above and beyond for what turned out to be a more strenuous and lengthy move than was expected. Overall, Diana in Sales and Werner and David were incredibly professional and helpful. Diana checked in with me on a regular basis, communicated some instructions to the guys about disassembling and reassembling my bed, and followed up with after the move to make sure everything went well. The guys came equipped with everything they needed: and more! Eminently prepared to tackle the one or two things that inevitably go wrong with a move. (I'm looking at you IKEA furniture.) I highly recommend this moving service. Five stars!

The guys did a wonderful job moving all of the furniture in my storage pod up into my new condo. Even though the Pod was not directly in front of my building and was actually all the way up a hill in another lot, they never complained and stayed professional the entire time. The made sure to prep my carpet properly so that it was protected and they for every box into the room it needed to be in.
